Statement: We invented Law and instituted government to protect our life, liberty and property, but our Law and its enforcer have been perverted into a mechanism of theft. The Libertarian Party is the only Party in the U.S.A. to supports property rights without exception. Private property was never respected by collectivists (left, Democrats, Socialists, Communists, Greens, etc.), because they want to control the property of others. Private property has not been respected by Republicans since they realized that we own ourselves. Respecting private property rights means they would have to respect our right to do with our bodies as well as our land and possessions as we please. Given the Republican predisposition to control other people's bodies, they dare not support the property rights of business and home owners. Consequently, property rights are ignored by everyone except Libertarians. Libertarians will restore allodial property rights. |
