Libertarian List file

This FileMaker Pro 3.0 file is where you document your prospective and actual membership. Everything you want to know about a person is presented in one view, the Detail layout. Data entry has been automated as much as possible with user-definable default values and scripts. Pull-down selection menus help keep your data consistent to facilitate subsequent searching and sorting.

The Call List layout facilitates production calling. The EMail/Fax List layout facilitates the export of a select subset of contacts for bulk emailing and faxing. The Measures layout is a view into the Measures file. The Reports layout links you to a detail report and a mail label report.

Seven of the nineteen dummy records are simulated here. Click on the top buttons, the index cards on the upper left and the rounded headings in the personal information area to get a sense of the navigation.
