MORALITY |
|---|---|
It is immoral to tax individuals to fund foreign aid to countries (normally dictators friendly to D.C. interests). It is immoral to restrict or subsidize trade to benefit some at the expense of others. It is immoral to nonuniformly tax trade or otherwise restrict the peaceful exchange of commodities, services and ideas. |

PRACTICALITY |
Unregulated trade promotes specialization. Specialization promotes productivity. Productivity promotes wealth. Trade promotes interdependence. Interdependence promotes peace. Individual aid such as foreign charities and the money and commodities sent home by immigrants is far more effective than government to government aid. Uniform duties are sufficient to fund a Constitutionally limited federal government. |
