Schedule

Time	Activity
7:00 pm	Arrive on scene and install extension chords, lights, table, chairs, refreshments, banners, balloons, props, signs, etc.
8:45 pm	Meet and introduce crew. Delineate tasks. Emphasize that there are no fixed job assignments. Volunteers must quickly find and relieve bottlenecks. ALL RETURNS ACCEPTED MUST BE DELIVERED.
9:00 pm	Erect sponsor and driveway signs and begin accepting tax returns.
9:10 pm	Erect promotional signs.
11:00 pm	Remove promotional signs.
11:15 pm	Remove driveway signs.
11:30 pm	Refuse returns and route people back to Kurtz.
